Through the theoretical insights and especially practical workshops, we deliver to each participant that has experience in enterprise and project management:

  • Learn and implement creativity techniques, formulation of hypotheses, collaborative processes, scenarios exploration, evaluation and prioritization to bring out innovations

1. Introduction and Innovation Management: Concepts, Examples and Framing Worshops (4h)
  • Presentation of definitions and real cases about Innovation Management
  • The management models of innovation in different organizations
  • Awareness Workshops in change management for understanding the innovation process, especially in collaborative
  • Research Workshops innovations tracks on existing concepts, by the practice of collaborative innovation games
2. The innovation of business models (4h)
  • Examples of innovative business models
  • Workshops "Business Model Canvas" with its dedicated tools (Pain-Gain Map, etc.) on a real case could be apply on trainees organizations

3. Product innovation and Lean Startup (4h)
  • Examples of incremental innovations and breaking in the field of products
  • new product development processes, Lean Startup
  • Simulation Workshops: co-design new products through collaborative innovation of gaming techniques (framing, empathy, maquettages, formulation, testing, assessment, planning etc) according to Lean Startup approach
4. The process innovation and organizational innovation (4h)
  • Examples: Process Innovations and Managerial Innovations
  • Change Management in attitudes to develop a sense of collaborative innovation
  • Workshops co-design innovation processes within a team and/or a project, through collaborative innovation games techniques (problematization, ideation, exploration, prioritization, attribution, feedback)

Expert Opinion

The "Innovation Management » course is an extension of Agile approaches with a posture request promoting facilitation and workshop animation. Multiple studied case through workshops and based on the coach-trainer experience will bring a high level of practicality with a return of experience from a specialist in innovation.
