Description

Certified course realized by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) of ScrumAlliance.
This practical training, punctuated by the Certified Scrum Master® certification delivered by the Scrum Alliance, is intended for all members of a product or project team: Project Managers, Team Leaders, Development Managers, Product Managers, Software Architects, Information Systems Architects, Testers, Information Systems Director, Technical Managers, CTO… Through several workshops and games, it prepares all members of a Scrum Team to work efficiently in an project or product environment and strongly collaborative. The Certified Scrum Master® training provides a strong understanding of the Scrum framework and supports attendees for beginning to implement the tools and skills required to implement Scrum in their projects and in their organizations.

From a technical point of view, this training prepare to pass the examen of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM). Few days after the training, trainees will receive by email a link to validate their learning via the Internet. If they succeed the exam, students could download their certification and certification number from the Scrum Alliance’s website. A two-year membership to the Scrum Alliance is also offered.
