ScrumAlliance's training delivered in French by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST)

Description

The "Certified Scrum Product Owner" training delivers the tools and concepts related to the role of Scrum Product Owner. It is intended for any product and project managers who wish to progress in Scrum approach and who are looking for pragmatic solutions to organizational problems.

Scrum is a Product Management Framework that learns teams to become more efficient over time. Unlike the traditional approach that detects drifts of time too late, Scrum provides to visualize in real time estimation from the start of project and Business Value optimization. The training main goal will be to focus on Customer Satisfaction and on the opportunities to change.

Based on workshops, exercises and professional feedbacks, this training presents a set of solutions that enable you to discover the importance of the Product Owner role in pragmatic way.

Several weeks after the training, trainees will receive by email a link to validate their acquired by Internet, on the Scrum Alliance's website. If the student success the exam, he/she could download their certification from the site at: http://www.scrumalliance.org. They will also have access to the ScrumAlliance's information.

Goals

Based on a interactive course, the two-day or three-day training allows from practical exercises, examples, lessons learned and case studies to teach participants how to Scrum and Agile achieve to:

  • Write efficiently UserStories with specific acceptance criteria
  • Create the product vision
  • Prioritize features according to Business Value
  • Use BurnDown Chart and BurnUp Chart
  • Maximize Business Value
  • Understand the importance of Product Owner role
  • Understand how to involve earliest Customers and other Stakeholders in the project (Sprint planning, Sprint Revue, Refinement and Retrospective)
