Course Description
This workshop is based on the award-winning books Agile Software Development, and Crystal Clear: A Human-Powered Methodology for Small Teams. The course gets past the hype, myths and simple recipes of common agile beginner courses to show the deeper structure available to the experienced practitioner. It give Scrum and Crystal as examples of the agile approach, and several key starting techniques used in agile teams.
The course has a small amount of lecture and a large amount of student activities to anchor the lessons.
