Description

The role of Business Analyst or Product Owner is not well defined for modern agile projects. This course, based on Crystal Clear: A Human-Powered Methodology for Small Teams, consists of lecture and activities to show the agile business analyst or product owner how to set up for agile projects and how to keep track of the work being done. Crucial to that is slicing up the work to fit into short iterations, and keeping track of what is done. This course introduces the participant to the first concepts of the role of the modern Business Analyst or Product Owner.
