This course, based on Crystal Clear: A Human-Powered Methodology for Small Teams, consists of lecture and activities to show the agile business analyst or product owner how to set up for agile projects and how to keep track of the work being done. Crucial to that is slicing up the work to fit into short iterations, and keeping track of what is done.
